Terms & Conditions for Participants of the PM Summit - WiPM 2019
1. Registration Fees
All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received a confirmation email will be sent with your ticket attached.
2. Cancellation Policy
Delegate registration cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail to email@example.com. The following cancellation rules apply:
If delegate cancels more than 30 days from the date of the planned event cancellation fee is 50% of your ticket price.
If delegate cancels between 29-0 days from the date of the planned event cancellation fee is 100% of the your ticket price.
No-shows will be charged the full fee.
3. Substitution Policy
Delegate substitutions are allowed once you have notified a member of the PM Summit - WiPM team 48 hours before the planned event start time. Please notify us of the new delegates name with their email address via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
PM Summit Ltd. reserves the right to amend any part of the conference programme if necessary at any time. The conference organizers will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the conferences or related events. In case of unforeseen circumstances the conference organizers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by participants.
5. Force Majeure
PM Summit Ltd. reserves the right to change speakers or programme running sequence perhaps, for events beyond our control.
6. Photography and Filming
For promotional purposes there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the conference organizers by e-mail to email@example.com prior to the event.
It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. The conference organizers cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
