1. Registration Fees

All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received a confirmation email will be sent.

2. Cancellation Policy

Women in PM Summit 2024: Delegate registration cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail to info@wipm.eu. The following cancellation rules apply:

If delegate cancels more than 30 days from the date of the planned event cancellation fee is 50% of your ticket price.
If delegate cancels between 29-0 days from the date of the planned event cancellation fee is 100% of the your ticket price.
No-shows will be charged the full fee.

3. Substitution Policy

Women in PM Summit 2024: A substitute person can attend in your place once you have notified a member of the team 48 hours before the planned event date. No-Shows will be charged the full fee. All substitutions must be received in writing to info@wipm.eu including the order number and new delegates details.

4. Liability

PM Summit Ltd. reserves the right to amend any part of the conference programme if necessary at any time. The conference organizers will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the conferences or related events. In case of unforeseen circumstances the conference organizers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by participants.

5. Force Majeure

PM Summit Ltd. reserves the right to change speakers or programme running sequence perhaps, for events beyond our control.

6. Photography and Filming

For promotional purposes there will be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference.

7. Insurance

It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. The conference organizers cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
