Cancellation Fee

Delegate registration cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail to The following cancellation rules apply:

  • If delegate cancels more than 30 days from the date of the planned event cancellation fee is 50% of your ticket price.

  • If delegate cancels between 29-0 days from the date of the planned event cancellation fee is 100% of the your ticket price.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fee.
