We're visionaries, directors, strategists, and awkward dancers.

Since 2015 we’ve been organising inspiring experiences for project management professionals who are as smart and curious, as they are effective.

Raymond Poole

Raymond has over 35 years experience within the Project, Program and Portfolio Management arena. Having started as a draughtsman back in 1980, since 1996 he has spent most of his time helping organisations take a Project Management approach through the Implementation of Oracle Primavera EPPM solutions.

In a career that’s seen technological and cultural changes, Raymond’s been contracted by companies within the engineering, technology, transport, oil & gas, and utilities sectors at home in Ireland and abroad. He has also been involved in numerous arbitrations, acting as Subject Mater Expert in relation to Forensic Delay Analysis on Schedules, as well as his media appearances on project management issues.

Raymond recently completed his MSc in Project & Program Management, Dip Eng, Dip ADR, and despite having many other certifications to his name, he’s not one impressed by TLAs (Three Letter Acronyms), believing that one’s true worth lies beyond the imposing walls of education institutions.

Victoria Poole

Vicky is a founding member of the PM Summit since its inception, and also serves as a director at Program Management Information Services (PMIS) in Blessington. With over a decade of experience behind her, she pulls the double duty of overseeing the management of day to day duties for both the PM Summit and PMIS.

While managing the internal team organising our events, Vicky is the main point of contact for most of our speakers and attendees, and she takes the lead in coordinating with external service providers and vendors. She has been instrumental in maintaining and growing the high quality of keynotes and speakers, while also guiding first-time and novice speakers into making top quality presentations to their peers.

Vicky’s current passion project is in launching the Women in Project Management (WiPM) event, bringing together the leading female voices in the industry to share their knowledge, while encouraging and growing the next generation of female project management leaders.
